Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel

Kitzbühel is one of the most beautiful resorts in Austria, and this half term I and the kids are staying at the Grand Tirolia Hotel . Last year this property was taken over by the renowned Dorint Group and has had extensive renovations, making it one of the most luxurious properties in Kitzbühel today!

Beautiful wooden lobby with salon, library area, lounge and fireplace, as well as to the Cooper Bar all scream luxury! The Kitzig Design Studios have done an amazing job making the place look super stylish, yet maintaining the comfort and cosiness of the traditional alpine chalet.

When renovating the rooms of the Hotel, attention was focused on the sustainable preservation of the inventory and was modernised with new fabrics and furniture.

Here, as well, the focus is on a cosy atmosphere and comfort, and the dreamlike panoramic view invites you to lean back and relax.

There are two fine dining restaurants – Gasthaus Eichenheim and Tirolia, inspired by French and Swiss cuisines.

The Cooper bar is also sleek and chic – perfect for après ski.

Tended by expert mixologists who have compiled an exquisite menu of cocktails and an extensive wine list it’s a perfect spot for relaxation. After you grab a drink, be sure to leave plenty of time to enjoy it by the fireplace, because it’s likely you won’t want to leave.

The property also boasts world-class spa facilities! The luxurious wellness oasis covers 1,500 square metres of space. This includes indoor and outdoor pools, sauna area, massage and bath treatment rooms and beauty area. Since 2021 this space has also been expanded to include yoga and fitness studios.

And did I mention the hotel has one of the largest golf courses in Kitzbühel? Golf Eichenheim Kitzbühel is a first-class 18-hole championship course that was designed in 2000 by the renowned architect Kyle Phillips. The course offers a unique experience that combines steep rock faces, natural streams, dense deciduous forest and long pars, and is open to golf enthusiasts during Spring and Summer.
