Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online at www.ponyexpress.ru.
Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 – 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from an end designer. In certain cases this may take longer, subject to the item’s availability. Some items may require additional time to be manufactured, and usually the approximate delivery window will be specified at the point of sale on the item’s description page. Delivery times can also take slightly longer during sale periods.
- Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.
2. Returns Policy
We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note that the returns are refunded with a store credit or with an exchange for a different item or size. Items which are specifically marked “Non-Returnable” or are considered to be “Final Sale” are ineligible for return.
3. Returning Your Order
If you would like to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order reference number and we will get in touch as soon as possible.
You will be notified within 24 hours via email once your return request has been accepted. You will then be given an approximate time window how long it will take for an exchange/return to be processed.
Shipping time is usually indicated on the description page of the item. For some items which are made to order those shipping times may be longer , and they will be indicated on the description page. In some situations where items become out of stock, Stylensnitch will notify you within 24 hours to let you know of the delivery window and may be discuss other options.
