Stylensnitch Terms and Conditions
To use some of the services or features on Stylensnitch site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
Eligibility to Purchase
Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge and notify you that your order was cancelled. Orders placed using Site Credit will be available immediately to use once the order is cancelled. Promotions will be refunded and reactivated in your account, as long as the promotion has yet to expire.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Stylensnitch offers products for sale that are either in stock and available for dispatch direct from our designers, or are available but not in stock , or are available as a made-to-order items. Occasionally there may be circumstances when an item is not available in stock. In this case, a preorder is accepted and the customer is notified of the new delivery window within 24 hours. We will not be able to make changes to the order. Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed by the designer. Any other cancellation requests are at the discretion of Stylensnitch, and may only be refunded as Site Credit ( which will be valid for 12 months). Made-to-order items usually have longer delivery times and when placing an order we advise to get in touch with our Team at Stylensnitch ( info@stylensnitch) to discuss sizing and design/style details before completing the order.
Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are particularly high demand will sell out. Depending on designers’ capacity to produce more we will notify you in writing within 24 hours.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP/USD/EUR, depending on the country you select or by auto-detect. The prices that are shown on the site are not inclusive of VAT. Import duty or tax cost will be invoiced to you directly from an import broker, ie Ponyexpress. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate movements. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP/USD/EUR, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Acceptance Of Your Order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Stylensnitch will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or country, that the item ordered is out of stock, discontinued or does not satisfy our control standards and is withdrawn. We will notify you in writing within 24 hours.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. You will be contacted and will have 48 hours to complete verification process. If you do not respond after such time, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled and refunded in the original payment method. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account immediately after the end designer confirms the availability of the item and you will then be sent an email with the confirmation when the item is being dispatched. In case , the item is not available or we need more information we will contact you in the next 24 hours after our confirmation having received your order.
Promotion codes are non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and have only limited timeframe, as instructed.
Advertising Disclaimer and Trademarks
Stylensnitch attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a refund to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge and advise you of the cancelled order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Product Colours and Materials
We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. Stylensnitch cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour and texture of an item please contact email@example.com.
We only work with independent designers – this means their businesses are owned , run or managed by the designer or their families . We encourage a fair and transparent supply chain – this means no sweat shops, cruel animal testing, no child labour, and locally produced in small production runs by the designers themselves. We pay the vast majority of all sales proceeds directly to the brands themselves. This means that they are able to pay better wages to their suppliers, create better quality products, produce locally and leave less of an environmental impact in getting their products to you.
Complaints and Governing Law
If you have a complaint about us email firstname.lastname@example.org giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address. The TOS together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the English law.
