That’s right – your wardrobe can now easily be tailored to perfectly compliment your fabulous self!

Whether you’ve got a special event coming up, or you need to impress at a new job, Umay will find the right outfit to suit both you and the occasion. The site offers multiple options, so you can mix and match pieces until you’re entirely confident with the overall aesthetic.

Founded in 2018 by Aysulu Onaran, the busy mum and entrepreneur noticed a gap in the market for a personal style service tailored to working women who lead busy lives. Many of these ladies, she realised, wanted access to a personal shopper, but often couldn’t find the time. Aysulu’s diverse background makes her the perfect candidate for the role: not only does she hold an engineering degree, but she began her career in fashion after winning a competition run by Elle Magazine. This led to a two-year placement working intimately with some of Italy’s most notable showrooms and designers.

Aysulu understands and appreciates the individual lifestyle of the modern woman and aims to create statement looks based on every customer’s dynamic individuality. She hopes to instil confidence in women through unique day-to-evening looks, sourced exclusively from Italian brands and styled by a top London stylist. What’s more, you don’t need to feel any guilt for accessing her help – not only is her clothing ethically sourced, but 5% of all of Umay’s profits go directly to Kazakhstan-based charity ‘Kids Against Aids’ which provides medical and psychological help to 280 HIV-infected children. Aysulu has been an active trustee of the charity since witnessing the effects of medical negligence first-hand in her hometown of Shymkent, Kazakhstan.
