Ittaherl is a little footwear company with big ambitions. Founded in 2012 out of a dainty workshop in the town of Bandung, the brand has developed a loyal following thanks to its quirky designs and individuality. For women of all ages – that perhaps aren’t quite ready to grow up – every pair is playful, practical and purposeful, combining cutting edge design with luxurious materials and whimsical motifs.
Truly novel from its emergence, Ittaherl specialises in creating super wearable flats and detachable shoe clips (sort of like a brooch for your tootsies!) – though they also extend to heels and sandals. Their simpler styles easily transition from day to evening, while the option to add or remove one of their adorable clips makes them some of the most versatile shoes on the market.
At the heart of the label is fun. As well as Ittaherl’s simpler designs, they have also launched rather eye-catching collabs with lovable childhood characters like Snoopy and Friends and Hello Kitty, while their collectable clips have included collections like “The Big Breakfast” featuring a host of colourful beaded breakfast items like steaming mugs of coffee, fried eggs and bacon, and our personal favourite – a teeny tiny bejewelled pretzel.
