Resort wear, pre-spring, cruise collection… whatever you want to call it, these between-season collections can often boast some of a brand’s most exciting pieces. Even if you’re not jetting off to balmier climates this winter, it’s the perfect time to peruse for your next planned get-away, or just for the fast-approaching springtime. Here are three of our favourite resort 2018 collections from designers you may or may not know.
For stunning swimwear: Afina London
These Mayfair-based bikini specialists have just arrived in our e-shop and we couldn’t be more thrilled. From ingeniously constructed two-pieces to wonderful one-pieces, the label specialises in reasonably priced swimwear that comes with all the style and detailing of high-end designer garb.
This exceptional two-piece is guaranteed to get you noticed. Patterned with bold peacock feathers, it’s complimented with 24k gold detailing and high-cut bottoms that’ll instantly make legs look longer. What’s more, it’s available in bright green and a rather fetching royal blue.
For feminine coordination: Caroline Constas
Caroline Constas is a New York-based designer that creates pieces that are totally feminine without feeling overly girly, luxurious but never “off-duty.” Drawing on the trends towards monochrome palettes and co-ords, her 2018 resort collection is floaty, frilly, floral and quite frankly, fabulous.
We love this gingham top and ruffled skirt co-ord for strolling sunny streets and shores during winter or summer sun.

For elegant simplicity: Khaite
Khaite is an ancient Greek word that means “let your long hair flow; to have ease.” Cate is also the first name of the talented New York-based designer behind this transitional label that first rose to prominence through cutting-edge denim design. Expect ‘basics’ such as featherlight knits, softly sculptured tailoring and form-flattering bodysuits.
Currently we’re doting over Khaite’s Bianca-striped tie-waist cotton shirt that features a self-fastening tie to define the waist, as well as a dramatically curved stepped hem and exaggerated side-seam slits for easy transitional fashion.
